TEM supplied (1) 300-ton air cooled chiller, (3) 60-ton air handlers and (1) 75-ton air handler to provide a total of 102,000 CFM of air to condition a production floor space. We had a total of (18) 30” duct runs totaling almost 3000’ linear feet. This project was completed in under a week with minimal impact on the end user’s production schedule. Our mechanical contractor assisted us by providing a crane and building sheet metal 90’s at the roofs edge giving our air a smooth transition over the edge while also securing the duct to the building for safety and preventing any down time. This set up is a 24/7 run and stays operating properly thanks to our service departments due diligence with equipment upkeep as well as our scheduled onsite preventative maintenance included with our rentals.
