TEM provided a 210 ton chiller that was craned to the third story of a parking structure, and (3) 60-ton AHUs that were craned to the rooftop. The air handlers were fed chilled water by running TEM’s signature 4″ fire hose up the side of the building from the chiller to each air handler.
