Southern California is known for buildings with heat pump systems. Many commercial office buildings and hotels have water source heat pumps. TEM offers a fleet of plate and frame heat exchangers for those specific applications.
TEM is not just another rental company. We also use the plate and frame heat exchangers for applications requiring installation of 7 stories and above. In fact, TEM provided a 17 story hotel with 1,000 tons of condenser water using two (2) 500TR Plate heat exchangers with two (2) 500TR Towers. This took care of balancing the water and over flowing the towers.
