TEM (Total Environmental Management) has increased its reach, now better serving the Northern California area with the opening of its second location in Newark, CA. Since 1985, TEM has been a leader in the temporary cooling and heating business in Southern California, housing the largest inventory of any HVAC rental company on the West Coast. Now, with its new office and warehouse on 6640 Redeker Place, TEM is poised to better serve the northern California geography and the northwest U.S. territory.
TEM Newark currently has 6 employees including Sales and Field Service Technicians. The new TEM location officially opened Summer of 2016. General Manager Tom Cook commented, “We are very pleased with our progress as we have already supported our customers on several emergency needs, the heart of our service for 32 years. We have also completed marquee projects in downtown San Francisco: multiple air handlers adding up to over 500 tons in a California Street office building and temporary cooling for a 10 story historic building on Market Street.”
